These terms are an agreement between you and Sensys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), which runs Idea2Site at idea2site.com and app.idea2site.com. By creating an account or using Idea2Site you accept them. If you use Idea2Site for a business, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us at once at rm@sensysindia.com if you think someone else has used your account.
2. What Idea2Site does
Idea2Site uses artificial intelligence to design websites from your descriptions, photos and instructions, and lets you edit, host and publish them, connect a domain, take enquiries and, on plans that include it, sell online. Features differ by plan, as shown on our pricing. We improve the service all the time and may change or remove features; we will not take away a main feature of a plan you have paid for during the period you paid for.
3. Plans and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing. It includes 1,500 AI credits in total, which do not renew.
- Paid plans are paid in advance for one year or more. Prices are shown without GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
- Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
- Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you by email before your plan ends. If you don't renew, everything keeps working for 15 days after the end date; then your workspace moves to the Free plan: websites over the Free limit go offline, your own domains are disconnected and the Idea2Site badge returns. Nothing is deleted, and renewing brings it all back.
- When you upgrade from Starter to Business, the unused part of your Starter plan is credited against the price.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.
- We may change prices for future purchases and renewals. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
4. Domains
- Domains you get through Idea2Site, including the free domain on paid plans, are registered in your name through our registrar and are subject to the registrar's and registry's rules.
- The free domain is renewed together with your plan. If your plan ends and you don't renew the domain, it can expire and may become available to others.
- You are responsible for choosing a domain you have the right to use, and for not infringing anyone's trademark.
- If you connect a domain you bought elsewhere, you stay responsible for renewing it with that provider.
5. Your content and your websites
- You own the content you provide (text, photos, logos, products, prices) and the websites made for you, including the text and images the AI creates for them, to the extent the law allows.
- You give us permission to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to run Idea2Site for you, including sending it to our AI and hosting providers as described in our Privacy policy.
- AI can make mistakes. Before you publish, check that your website is accurate: prices, contact details, claims, and any legal or regulatory wording your business needs. You are responsible for what your website says.
- Only upload content you have the right to use.
- On plans that include it, you can download your website and host it anywhere. There is no lock-in.
6. Selling and taking enquiries on your website
When you sell on your website, you are the seller. Payments go to your own payment gateway account (for example Razorpay) under your agreement with that provider; we take no commission. You are responsible for your products and services, prices, taxes and invoices, delivery, returns and refunds, customer service, and for having the policies (privacy, terms, refunds, shipping) that the law and your payment provider require. For your customers' personal data, you are the data fiduciary and we process it for you, as our Privacy policy explains.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Idea2Site to:
- break any law, or sell goods or services that are illegal or need a licence you don't have;
- deceive people: phishing, scams, impersonating others, or fake reviews, ratings or claims;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, or publish someone's personal data without a legal basis;
- publish content that is sexual involving minors, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or promotes violence or terrorism;
- send spam, or spread malware;
- attack, overload or probe Idea2Site, get around its limits, or access other people's accounts or data;
- resell or copy Idea2Site itself without our written agreement.
We may remove content or take a website offline that breaks these rules or that we are lawfully told to remove, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
8. Suspension and closing your account
- You can stop using Idea2Site at any time, and ask us to close your account by writing to rm@sensysindia.com.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts other users or Idea2Site at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and to download your content.
9. Third-party services
Idea2Site works with services run by others, such as payment gateways, domain registrars, Google and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep Idea2Site and your websites online and fast, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our providers. We back up data regularly. Support is by email, and also by WhatsApp on plans that include it.
11. Disclaimers and liability
- Idea2Site is provided “as is”. We don't promise any particular business result, search engine ranking or number of customers.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to Idea2Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your website, what you sell, or your breach of these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and email you about important changes at least 15 days before they take effect. If you keep using Idea2Site after that, the new terms apply.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the problem. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
